Children’s Fiction

Writing for young children is exciting and challenging. I have written a handful of children’s stories so far, five of which have been performed – with the help of the children – at nursery and primary schools in my local area. My story, Supernova Nina, about a boy struggling to enjoy life with his superhero mum, was performed by Story Spinner at the Bethnal Green Museum of Childhood in 2013 and my new story, The Magic Story Pot, was performed by Story Spinner at the museum this August 2014 as part of Family Fun Fridays.

Links to some of my stories will follow soon. For now, please see me singing and playing my song, ‘Come and sail upon the water‘, developed as part of my story Ben and Becky’s Caribbean Sea Adventure or my dinosaur song, ‘Dinosaurs in the late Cretaceous‘, written to accompany a story I wrote about a spinosaurus and an alanqa.
